Amazing Smoothie Helps Reduce Pain and Inflammation
Studies now confirm that turmeric reduces inflammation and pain as effectively as NSAIDS (Advil, aspirin, etc.)! So I created the most amazing anti-inflammatory smoothie ever…and did I mention it tastes AWESOME!!
Here’s how you make it.
- 1 Medium Banana
- 1 Mango
- 2-3 teaspoons Ground Turmeric
- 1/2 cup Coconut Water
- 1/2 cup Carrot Juice
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Dash of Cayenne
- Few tablespoons of Vanilla Yogurt
Extras & Options:
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice
- Scoop of High Quality Protein Powder such as Maca
Simply combine all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
