This workout incorporates different postures, breathing techniques and gentle movement that will cleanse, strengthen and circulate your life energy (Qi).
As you move through this video series, you will acquire a basic understanding of the five elements (wood, fire, earth, metal and water) and the meridian system through which Qi travels.
This workout is for all levels of fitness and requires no experience.

Never having settled long enough on a career or life path, Elsa discovered Martial Arts and it transformed her life. The tenets of martial arts instilled in her the discipline, dedication, and perseverance that ultimately led her to become an International and National Martial Arts Champion.
