    Thank you for this information, Ainsley!
    It’s not the western diet, but the complete lifestyle that brought in indigestion and bloating to my body. I’ve now shifted to a much more lighter and green based lifestyle, using superfoods and healthy food alternatives. The next step is, as you mentioned, to track everything and look at what I’m putting into my body, since I am what I eat and think.
