Quality of Food is More Important than the Type of Food
Health is so fragile. We were never meant to consume the many artificial chemicals in our food today. There are synthetic food dyes, artificial sugars, additives, waxes, radiation, GMO’s, pesticides, and the list goes on and on.
Our food has been hijacked by companies that make the cheapest quality of food and then market it to you as being “healthy” – FDA approved of course! And then when you develop some chronic condition (induced by the chemicals you have eaten), another FDA approved company is there for you – Big Pharma!
In my opinion, the type of “diet” you follow is not as important as the QUALITY of food in that diet!
Whether vegan, vegetarian, paleo, keto and/or anything in between, simply consume organic (non-GMO) whole foods as that alone will significantly improve your health!
So why don’t we all stop arguing about what foods we should eat or not eat…and instead join together to stop the heartless food corporations that are slowly poisoning the human population for profit! It’s time to stand up to the FDA and express our outrage for allowing this to happen!
