I just read your article about Vitamin B15. So now I’m even more confused as to which one to purchase. Could you please send me a recommendation of a good source of a Vitamin B15 tablet.
    Thank you and kind regards,
    H. Smith

Hi I have taken about 50 pills a day of standard process…I quit going to my naturopath because she would just muscle test and either up the dose or sell me another one. I basically threw away money. I feel no better.

Hi Cheryl, I certainly understand your frustration. Muscle testing is a wonderful tool but only in conjunction with a proper physical exam (as well as an understanding of the patient’s history), emotional history (trauma, chronic stress, etc), and other tests (lab, x-ray, etc) when indicated. That said, I have seen many chiropractors (for example) who have used Applied Kinesiology (AK) and were amazingly accurate with the diagnosis. These individuals are

That said, many use muscle testing, but are not trained in the skill and have an understanding of how to use it professionally. Perhaps this happened to you.

Here is a little more info about AK

The information gathered via Applied kinesiology is only valid as an enhancement to the chiropractic examination when combined with other diagnostic findings. Alone, Applied kinesiology does not supply enough credible information to establish a correct diagnosis. Because an indebt knowledge of human physiology, anatomy and pathology is crucial, The International College of Applied Kinesiology only recognizes the teaching of Applied Kinesiology to licensed health professionals with a license to diagnose and to those enrolled in a professional school leading to a degree and license to diagnose such as: medical doctors, chiropractors, osteopaths, dentists, naturopaths, and (when used as an aid in acupuncture-related diagnostics only) licensed acupuncturists. Sadly many in the professions I listed are using AK incorrectly.

Without the proper training in this discipline, the patient could easily be placed at risk due to the lack of understanding of human physiology and the knowledge of differential diagnoses. For this reason, is why The International College of Applied Kinesiology only recognizes the utilization of Applied Kinesiology by licensed health professionals (those licensed to diagnose) as listed above. All other uses of Applied Kinesiology are considered an abuse of the skill and should not be called Applied Kinesiology.

I would highly encourage you to find another holistic doctor who has been certified by The International College of Applied Kinesiology. I guarantee your experience will be very different and the difference in your health would be significant.

    Wishing the best of health!

I was given this website regarding Serrapeptase. Was looking to place an order or would I find it at my local health store?

    Hello Holistic Health,
I just read your article online about STANDARD PROCESS VITAMINS, and I must admit I’m totally shocked because I’ve been taking standard process for years …Please can you tell me is there an update ? are they still not organic vitamins and are they still using non-grass fed beef injected with steroids and hormones??? I can’t find anything on their website .thank much for your great information….

I realize this is an old page, but I was looking for information about Niacin flushing. Taking 1,000 mg / day may be excessive, but for me, it helps keep my cholesterol to a manageable level. I’ve been taking it for a while and just wanted to refresh what I’d read earlier about it.
The page that has the info is and the link I wanted to bring to your attention is this: which ends up giving a 404 not found error.

Hello Charlene! I’m sorry, I am not sure what you are asking. Do you mean “search” for a specific topic? If so, simply click on the magnifying glass shown in the image (the yellow arrow is pointing at it). From there you can search whatever topic you’d like 🙂

Hello! I found you after scouring the internet for information on standard process products. Over the last 5 years I found I was having skin eruptions on my legs, abdomen, and occasionally arms. i was recommended to a chiropractor in San Diego and put on 5 standard process products that increasingly exacerbated my symptoms adding…poor sleep, hot flashes, swollen eyes, rash on face, neck and chest (sand paper feel), incredible itching all over and increase in eruptions all over legs and abdomen. The practioner I was working with was clueless. I’m heading over there today to confront the lack of integrity. Can’t wait to do a google review. Please help. Need a reliable source!

I have been reading everything I can get my hands on concerning Dr Hans Nieper. I have the membrane complex, which has the calcium potassium and magnesium. I’ve read about the orotate calcium I know quite a bit at this point. Except I can’t find out how much calcium oritate to take how many milligrams. I have read Berkeley science I have found everything I can but I can’t find that. Do you know how much calcium orotate to take in milligrams? Different companies have different strengths.

Can you please recommend a reliable company who manufactures the “membrane complex” that doesn’t contain additives like magnesium sterate? My husband is diabetic and is very sensitive to additives. Thank you for any help possible.
