    Great tips, and I love this line “More importantly, are these individuals truly responsible for your self-doubts?” We do tend to blame those thoughts on others and how we feel others perceive us, but it truly is our own mind that is allowing those bullies to pull you down. I recently started seeing a therapist that I found through my insurance (Insurance Line One) and she gave me many of those same tips that helped me perceive myself in a different, more positive light.
